[Position] Sales Manager

- Manage key account relationships, customer acquisitions, and ongoing sales activities to maximize business opportunities.
- Conduct regular customer visits, market analysis, and competitive intelligence gathering to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the Automotive.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and qualifying potential customers.
- Collaborate with cross divisional / functional teams to achieve targets while keeping customers satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long run.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
- Supporting on any tasks as getting the assignment from Sales General Manager.

【Must】
- Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
- Experience in Sales (automotive parts manufacturer),Tier 1 supplier experience is a must
- Good command of Japanese (JLPT N2 Up)
- Good command in English (TOEIC 600 up)
- Driving license

【Advantage】
- Experience in management
- Strong organization, communication, management and strategic planning skill.
- Ability to communicate effectively with purchasing and design engineers at Japanese automotive manufacturers (clients)
- Microsoft Office skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Have sociability to accompany clients for dinning and factory visits
- Having Japanese skill
