- Drives business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and executing effective strategies
- Expands business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry and researching and analyzing sales options.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements.
- Meeting with company executives to discuss sales results, client satisfaction, and product performance.
- Conducting activities to increase store traffic and sales such as advertising campaigns, special promotions, and in-store demonstrations of new products.
- Developing and implementing strategies to grow market share by increasing brand awareness, increasing customer loyalty, and increasing store traffic.
- Monitoring competitor activity and adapting strategies to ensure that their company maintains its competitive advantage in the market.
- Establishing long-term business goals and developing plans to achieve them.

- Male / Female, age 43 years old up
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field.
- At least 10 years work experience as Sales & Marketing in the manufacturing of automotive parts.
- At least 5 Experience in manager level.
- Understand Drawings
- Knowledge of Preliminary production process, Core Tools, APQP,IATF 16949
- Business level in English and Japanese speaking N3 up |
