- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse and customer service
- Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency — with customer satisfaction the primary goal
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
- Train and manage the operation team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
- Implement financial metrics and associated KPIs for optimal supply chain management
- Negotiate and meeting with customers to develop efficient transportation
- Communicate with Head office (Bangkok) and Headquarter
