This role plays a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with the company's overall business goals and objective.

応募資格 |
[Must]
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 20 years of experience in HR & GA Management level
- Good command of English (work with expatriate)
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
