- Act as the primary HR specialist for our trading companies in ASEAN and South Asia, serving as a Global HR representative
- Lead training, recruitment, and public relations activities across multiple branches
- Foster communication and collaboration with neighboring ASEAN branches to align HR practices
- Design, implement, and maintain HR systems to support company-wide policies
- Manage talent development and retention strategies across regional offices
- Conduct surveys and assessments to enhance employee engagement and performance
- General affairs in Thailand, including attendance tracking, equipment management, and hotel and flight arrangements
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager

- Bachelor's degree in any fields
- Japanese N2 or above
- English Business level
- 3 years experience as HR in Japanese company
- Someone who is willing to be a professional in HR
