- Select, install, and configure new production equipment, focusing on the latest manufacturing technologies.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure smooth production operations.
- Collaborate with the quality control department to maintain high standards in the manufacturing process and ensure product quality.
- Identify and address production issues promptly, providing technical solutions to resolve problems.
- Research and implement new manufacturing techniques and technologies for precision machining.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance technical capabilities within the production team.
- Review and optimize the use of materials and production processes to achieve cost reductions while maintaining efficiency and quality.

- Bachelor of degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production engineering, particularly in Automotive manufacturing (Precision parts)
- At least 2years experience as leader/SV
- Knowledge with NC lathe
- English: Conversation Lv. up
[Advantage]
- Experience at precision machining or parts manufacturing
- Knowledge with CNC machining, CAD/CAM software, PLC control systems, OR robotics.
