FUJITSU would like to strengthen VRF development department.
【Job Summary】
- Enclosure design for building multi-air conditioner (VRF)
- The team will be responsible for the design and team management of the enclosure-related design in the development group of large air conditioners.
◇As a management
- Assist in the management of team members and development project management.
- Work with the manager to review the work schedule and work assignment, and conduct design reviews, etc.
- Prepare and compile documents required for development (specifications, design documents, review documents, etc.)
- Coordination with production plants and head office (Japan)
- Analysis of development issues and planning of countermeasures
- Analyze development issues and plan countermeasures.
◇As a design engineer
- Review specifications to meet regional standards, regulations, and requirements with reference to the company's own base model.
e.g. ・Study structural components to meet regional safety standards (flame retardant design, installation design)
・Correspond to standards by adjusting operating parameters such as air flow rate and specifications
- Evaluation of developed models on actual equipment, as well as modification and setting up of evaluation sets
- Design of outer parts, blowers, and electrical component boxes (sheet metal parts and resin parts), and preparation of drawings or inspection drawings
- Preparation of composition lists and assembly specifications, and inspection of drawings.
- Examination of specifications and preparation of design documents for outer parts, blowers, and electrical component boxes.
- Evaluation of blower performance of enclosure parts, evaluation of transportation packaging, evaluation of internal temperature of electrical component boxes, and pass/fail judgment of evaluation

| 応募資格 |
【Must】
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electricity engineering or any related filed
- Design engineer experience as Manager with plastic or sheet metal parts (5 years or more) in automotive industry
- Experience in a product development
(e.g., Project management and mentoring subordinates in product development group *As Team leader, work assignment and schedule management)
- Experience in event handling and review of development work
- Good command of English (Conversation Lv Up)

Experience in designing VRF outdoor unit (VRF multi-air conditioner) chassis
Experienced in designing indoor units (ducts and ceiling casing)
Experience in designing refrigeration cycle of air conditioners |
