1. Department Management
- In this role, you will work as a playing manager, collaborating with team members.
2. PL Creation/Data Analysis/Report Preparatio
- Collect necessary data (sales/materials purchased/labor and overhead costs/SG&A expenses/general administrative expenses) from related departments and create monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports.
- Prepare report materials (Excel/PowerPoint, etc.).
- Create data for profit fluctuation analysis based on client changes, company constitution analysis, etc.
- Prepare internal report materials on the latest sales/profit information and disseminate information and measures to the entire company (email distribution, etc.).
- Work with the Japanese Manager to complete the above tasks.
3. Meeting Preparation
- Shareholders' Meeting Preparation (regular once a year, extraordinary 1-2 times a year),
- Board of Directors Meetings(about 5 times a year),
- Executive Meetings(about twice a month),
- Department Manager Meetings (once a week)
- other internal management meetings.
- Prepare materials, schedule and notify meetings, adjust various meeting schedules, and prepare and confirm minutes.

5. Annual Promotion Theme Performance Management for Each Department
6. Other tasks assigned by management

| 応募資格 |
【Must】
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- At least 5 years experience as finance manager level up(Manager/Senior manager/General manager, etc.)
- Revenue analysis within the finance or corporate planning division
- Strong knowledge of profit and Loss Statement (PL)’s compilation and can create data for PL
- Japanese speaking (Fruently speaking *N2 up is better, N3 is considerable) |
