‐ Responsible for all aspects of human resources, including administration, general affairs, and environmental safety.
- Prepare and implement management system manuals, program files, and management systems.
- Participate in the creation and announcement of the company's personnel and administrative policies and systems, and guide and promote their implementation.
- To promote the implementation of the company's strategies and annual management goals, and to translate company-level goals into annual goals for each department.
- Establish, implement, and maintain the company's human resource management system (organizational construction, compensation, and performance management).
- Compensation Management: Creation and improvement of compensation management system; processing of employee attendance statistics, employee vacation and work registration; creation and payment of employee salaries
- Education and training management: creation and implementation of training plans; induction training for new employees; implementation of training tests, evaluation of training effectiveness, etc.
