- Resposibility of Admin general jobs
- Manage and create company important documents
- Monitor office facilities and electric system
- Prepare purchase order and payment requisition form for payment arrangement
- Coordinate necessary tasks with Head Office
- Responsible for work related to recruitment and selection function
- Employment Agreement, Manage and maintain personnel files and other information
- Keep monitoring and updating Organization chart
- Proceeding payroll with accuracy and on time
- Monthly Report preparation
- Support Japanese manager
- Other related tasks as assigned
