仕事内容 |
- Providing professional advice on M&A, joint ventures, and fundraising to clients based in Japan and Southeast Asia.
- Offering strategic advice on clients' overseas business (expansion and business development).
- Providing information on potential M&A targets and joint venture partners.
- Advising on structure, transaction prices, and condition negotiations.
- Supporting PMI (attending board meetings as PMO, etc.)

応募資格 |
[Must]
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields
- N2 Japanese or above and Business-level English
(TOEIC 800 or above / IELTS score of 6.5 or above / TOEFL score of 80 or above ※ Focus on speaking ability.)
- More than 3 years of experience in Sales, Account Executive or Japanese customer handling in the any industry
- Skills in creating Microsoft Office documents

- Consulting experience at one of the following types of companies:
1. M&A Strategy Consulting
2. Accounting Consulting
3. Business Consulting |
