•Serving as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on all people-related matters.

•Designing and implementing innovative learning and development programs to upskill employees and build leadership capabilities.
•Fostering a culture of continuous learning, aligning L&D strategies goals and evaluating and measuring the impact of L&D programs to ensure effectiveness.
•Overseeing HR policies, processes, and compliance with local labor laws.
•Utilizing data and analytics to drive HR decision-making and demonstrate measurable impacts on the business.

応募資格 |
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
•3+ years of progressive HR experience.
•Proven expertise in Strategic HR, Learning and Development (L&D), or Organizational Development (OD).
•Strong track record of implementing successful change management and employee development initiatives.
•Experience in building high-performance cultures in a dynamic and innovative environment.
•Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. |
