- New Product Development:
Collaborate with the Japan HQ team and China factory team to create new products for the domestic market in Thailand and selected ASEAN countries, including Singapore and Malaysia.
- Marketing Campaigns:
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities to drive business growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth product launches, ensuring all aspects of the business are aligned for success.
- Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market research to gather critical data, including competitors’ products, market volume and trends, and consumer insights, to analyze the market situation and inform strategic decisions.
- Sales Support:
Assist the sales team by preparing sales proposal materials, developing marketing communication plans for new product development (NPD) proposals, and providing strategic marketing insights.
- Social Media Marketing:
Develop and analyze SNS marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and engagement.
- Additional Tasks:
Undertake other tasks assigned by the Business Development Section Manager and Managing Director to support business growth and operational success.
- Support the Managing Director:
Provide direct support to the Managing Director in executing strategic business initiatives and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
