■ Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning
- Define project objectives and scope
- Establish development processes
(Requirements → Design → Development → Testing →Release)
- Estimate schedule and cost
- Secure and manage necessary resources (staff, tools, etc.)

2. Team Management (Thailand & Japan)
- Coordinate and lead engineers in Thailand and members in Japan
- Manage cross-cultural communication and collaboration
- Communicate fluently in Japanese and English, or Japanese and Thai
- Conduct regular meetings, progress sharing, and issue resolution

3. Platform Use and Manufacturing Knowledge
- Manage projects using the F-IoT platform
- Prefer candidates with knowledge of manufacturing (factory operations, processes)
- Propose and manage system features based on real-world needs

4. Stakeholder Coordination and Project Control
- Regularly report and communicate with Japanese clients and internal stakeholders
- Balance cost, quality, and delivery timelines
- Manage risks, handle issues, and adapt to specification changes

■ Required Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in software or systems project management
- Japanese language proficiency (N2 or above, business level)
- Ability to communicate in English or Thai with the team
- Experience managing multicultural teams

■ Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of manufacturing industry, MES, IoT, FA systems, etc.
- Experience with F-IoT platform or similar systems
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience working in Thailand or other Southeast Asian countries
