• Conduct routine Q.S.C. audits across Shop to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Assess food and service quality, hygiene, sanitation, and staff behavior.
• Inspect equipment functionality and ensure all tools and machines are in proper working condition.
• Monitor stock levels of key operational supplies (e.g., packaging, cleaning materials, uniforms) and ensure
• proper stock management practices are in place.
• Prepare audit reports with actionable feedback for Shop managers and management teams.
• Train and guide store staff on Q.S.C. procedures and improvement strategies.
• Analyze trends and audit results to identify risk areas and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain documentation and audit records in line with company policies.
• Assist in internal or external compliance audits as needed.

応募資格 |
• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, operations audit, or outlet/store operations (preferably in the food
• Good command of Japanese (N2 above) or English, both written and spoken; able to write reports and communicate with Japanese president. & beverage, retail, or hospitality industry).
• Strong knowledge of operational standards in quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Familiarity with inventory control practices and basic equipment maintenance or monitoring.
• Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP) is an advantage. |
