仕事内容 |
[Job Summary]
- Act as the main contact person for communication between the head office in Japan, customers, and internal departments.
- Interpret and translate between Japanese ↔ Thai in verbal and written forms, including meetings, emails, reports, and technical documents.
- Support CQE team in handling customer complaints and preparing quality related documents such as 8D reports, audit findings, and corrective actions.
- Attend meetings with customers and interpret key discussion points for relevant internal departments.
- Coordinate closely with relevant departments such as Engineering, QA/QC, and Production to address customer quality concerns and implement preventive measures, to resolve quality issues and implement preventive
actions.
- Assist in customer audits, internal audits, and continuous improvement activities related to customer quality.
- Prepare and maintain bilingual documentation related to customer quality standards and internal procedures.
- Interpret and translate between Japanese ↔ Thai in both verbal communication and written documents related matters.
- Prepare and translate related documents such as inspection standards, work instructions, audit reports, etc.
- Assist in internal and external quality audits and other quality improvement activities as required.

応募資格 |
【Must】
- Bachelor’s degree in Japanese, Engineering, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above; JLPT certificate is a plus)
- Strong understanding of quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and ISO14001.
【Advantage】
- Experience as an interpreter or in a CQE/QA/customer-facing role or Production is preferred.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to act confidently as a liaison between Japanese stakeholders, customers, and internal teams
- Knowledge of various quality system methodologies 8D, Lean, 5 Why’s, Pareto Analysis, Six Sigma, 8-D, PFMEA, PPAP, etc. be advantage |
