[Job Summary]
- Inventory checks and delivery arrangements for stock entrusted by clients
- Warehouse management
- Document handling with clients in Japan and Laos
- Assigning tasks and scheduling for local staff
- Customer service for existing clients (mainly Japanese companies)
- Internal coordination and issue resolution with Japanese management
- Coordination of deliveries in cooperation with local staff
- Communication via phone and email (primarily in Japanese, occasionally in Thai)
- Attending client meetings (mainly in the Bang Na area)

[Must]
- At least 3 years experience in the logistics industry or in international trade, import/export, or customs clearance
- Business-level Japanese skill (N2 up or above)
- Have driver’s license

[Advantage]
