仕事内容 |
-Provide high-level administrative support to the managing director including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements.
- Provide business support and act as a liaison between executives and internal departments, external partners, and other group companies, ensuring smooth communication and information flow.
- Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, financial reports, and corporate governance materials.
- Maintain confidential records and documents related to legal, financial, and corporate matters with the utmost discretion.
- Coordinate board meetings and prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items, including those involving legal counsel and financial advisors.
- Conduct research and compile data on legal, financial, and corporate affairs topics, preparing reports and presentations as needed.
- Assist with the coordination of compliance activities and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Support the preparation of presentations and reports for board meetings and stakeholder communications.
- Perform other administrative and project management duties as assigned.

応募資格 |
[Must]
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields is highly preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, or Corporate affairs role, preferably with exposure to legal, financial, HR, and corporate affairs.
- Professional proficiency in Japanese N2 and Good command of English
- Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong understanding of business operations, legal terminology, financial concepts, and corporate governance principles, preferably with proven experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience with legal document management and financial reporting systems is a plus. |
