- Preparation for new store launch (vendor coordination, procurement of supplies, timeline management)
- Assistance with contract and document preparation (internal approvals, store operation manuals, etc.)
- Communication and progress management with store staff, head office, and business partners
- Identifying store issues and proposing improvements (staffing, operations, etc.)
- Basic data analysis and reporting on sales and costs
- Supporting restaurants inventory control, and shift scheduling

応募資格 |
[Must]
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- N3up Japanese
- Experience in project management or F&B restaurants operations (admin side)
[Advantage]
- Experience in food service store development or management
- Knowledge of accounting, contracts, and marketing support in back-office functions |
