仕事内容 |
Manage the HR, GA, Admin, Accounting department.
- Manage employee lifecycle operations (recruitment, onboarding, evaluations, exits).
- Manage company facilities, internal services, and asset administration.
- Plan and coordinate employee events, internal communications, and safety measures.
- Handle travel arrangements for employees and expatriates: Flight bookings, Roaming activation, Travel documents.
- Support for visa applications, work permit processing, and assignment/relocation procedures.
- Supervise external accounting firm in monthly closing, tax filing, and compliance
- Coordinate internal and financial audits and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Communication with related departments in Japan and other countries (Taiwan, China, Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam)
- Other tasks assigned
