[Job summary]
- Interpretation between the Managing Director and the admin staff
- Various support for Japanese expatriates (e.g., VISA, Work Permit, 90-day report, BOI-related matters)
- Interpretation and document translation during internal events or meetings with group companies
- Handling of shareholder meetings and board of directors’ meetings
- Business trip arrangements (flight tickets, accommodation, transportation, etc.) for expatriates and visitors
- Recruitment procedures and document management for onboarding/offboarding
- Data management related to attendance and labor matters
- Creation, translation, and filing of various internal documents
- Support for organizing company events
- Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

応募資格 |
<Must>
- Bachelor's degree in any fields
- Japanese N2 or above
- At least 1 year experience as HR, Admin, Interpreter
- Good working attitude with negotiation skill and team working
<Prefer>
- Have experience about Visa, work permit |
