- Complete and submit the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation per customer requirements.
- Manufacture and deliver representative sample parts for joint inspection or Co-Check activities with relevant stakeholders or customers.
- Ensure all quality checks, approvals, and documentation are in place before dispatching the initial shipment to the customer.
- Develop and distribute detailed inspection standards and operational work instructions to ensure consistent quality control.
- Perform kinematic verification and adjustments post-processing for any model changes or trial lot production.
- Develop Yearly Calibration Plan and Conduct MSA (Measurement System Analysis)
- Create an annual schedule for equipment calibration and execute MSA studies to validate measurement accuracy and repeatability.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve any internal quality concerns raised during production or inspections.
- Classify and tag non-conforming items using the designated NC tag system (Red for critical, Yellow for minor issues), and initiate corrective actions.
- Prepare documentation, provide evidence, and support activities for both internal PSO self-audits and external customer audits.

| 応募資格 |
• Have at least 3 years of experience as a QA/QC department head.
• Have certificate of core tools and internal auditor for IATF 16949:2016.
• Can use measurement of tool - Contour record, surface Roughness, Roundness, Tool micro scope, CMM.
• Good command in English or Japanese, Writing & speaking.
• Ability to work well under pressure and open mind. |
