仕事内容 |
- Provide guidance and troubleshoot IT issues for employees within the organization.
- Install and configure software, hardware, and peripherals such as printers and network devices.
- Monitor, maintain, and repair IT equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Manage user accounts on systems such as email and Active Directory.
- Offer support via phone or remote access to resolve user issues.
- Prepare documentation and reports on problem resolutions and activities.
- Coordinate with external vendors to address complex problems.

【Must】
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Having experience 1-5 years in IT support/IT Helpdesk or any related working experiences
- Have basic knowledge in database systems and operating systems
- Good command of Japanese (JLPT N3 or above)
