Since our founding, we have been committed to in-house system development. While headquartered in Japan, we have expanded our business to Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore. To ensure effective IT utilization in line with Thailand’s culture and legal framework, we have established a local IT Governance Strengthening Team. We are now seeking IT Engineer members to drive this initiative.

[Position Overview]
As an IT Engineer in our Thailand Division, you will be responsible for establishing IT rules, implementing and managing IT systems, and supporting system operations.

[Key Responsibilities]
●IT Rule Development
- Research Thai culture and legal requirements
- Improve, establish, and disseminate company IT rules
- Coordinate with global teams for approval of local rules (security rules are standardized globally)

●IT System & Device Operations
- Manage POS system hardware and devices
- Collaborate with POS system operation teams

●Business Process Improvement through IT
- Plan, implement, and operate systems that drive operational efficiency
- Support migration to unified global business platforms for standardized processes

[Target Systems & Services]
- POS-related systems
- Networks (office, store, mobile)
- Operational services (e.g., access control, attendance management)

【Must】
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Having experience in IT network design, construction, and operations
- Strong interest in global IT governance
- Good command of Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
‐ Good command of English (Level 4 or above)

【Advantage】

- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISM, CISA)
