[Job Responsibilities]
- Select and propose the optimal air conditioning equipment based on the customer's construction plans and specifications.
- Collaborate with in-house engineers, development, and construction teams to review delivery specifications and coordinate implementation schedules.
- Support customer specification confirmation, drawing confirmation, and technical meetings.
- Project progress management (technical support from order acceptance to delivery and handover).
- Identify market information and competitive trends, and reflect them in pricing and product proposals.

[Must]
- Bachelor's degree in any fields
- At least 3 years of experience selling air conditioning equipment to the real estate industry
- Ability to hold technical discussions with customers and internal communications
- English conversational level
- Having driving license and own a car

[Advantage]
- Experience in facility design and construction management
- Understanding CAD drawings
- Real estate industry connections
