仕事内容 |
-Executing talent and succession policies to ensure a ready pool for current and future business needs.
-Plans and develops training and development programs for talent pool member.
-Organize and coordinate the Assessment Center according to plan with well informed through effective communication.
-Manage and support all related activities on all related organization development project such as Culture transformation including communication, leadership development, process and system, organization and structure etc.
-Data Management and Reports: Responsible for managing HR data and reports related to HRD work.
-Be an internal instructor, develop a training course and activities.
-Perform any other ad-hoc HRD duties & projects delegated by supervisor.

応募資格 |
-Minimum 3 years experiences in HR, OD or related file.
-Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
-Strong in effective communication and interpersonal skills.
-Growth Mindset and self-motivated.
-Good command of English. (TOEIC score 550up)
-Ability to lead key assignments and/or execute critical tasks independently. |
