[Responsibilities]
- Assist the Manager in making all production activities run smoothly.
- Plan and organize workloads to maintain smooth workflow to other departments.
- Collaborate with the Manager to ensure optimum productivity and timely completion of orders.
- Ensure an efficient and productive production process meets customer requirements.
- Coaching supervisor for production management, problem-solving
- Monitor quality standards
- Analyze problems to find the root cause which leads to guidelines for production solving and finding the solution to prevent the problem.
- Reduce and Proven downtime.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of production, quality inspectors, workers, etc.
- Ensure output meets quality standards.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth operations.
- Other tasks assigned
