- Respond in PC setup, IT devices installation and workstation relocation in the office
- Network configuration
- In-house server setup and basic troubleshooting
- SSL certificate installation on servers
- UPS battery replacement
- Responding to inquiries from in-house (Japanese) employees
- Handling requests from affiliated companies
- Management and organization of storage and office supplies
- Other assigned tasks
**Duties may be adjusted based on individual experience and skill level**

応募資格 |
【Must】
- Bachalor’s Degree in any field
- Good command of speaking and writing in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above)
- Over 1 year of experience in IT support or a related field
【Advantage】
- Knowledge of Windows, PC, Servers
- Knowledge of internal LAN, Firewall or related to network infrastructure
- Strong communication skills (Able to accurately understand others' intentions and clearly convey information for smooth operations) |
