- Hire new employees and skill map employees
- Plan and conduct training for all employees (including special courses such as fire drills, basic safety procedures in the workplace, etc.)
- ISO (KPI: HR/GA)
- Visas, work permits, and 90-day notification
- Hydroelectric power generation reports (Excise and Taxation Bureau)
- Safety, health, and environmental planning and follow-up (including risk and emergency response)
- Time and attendance and payroll
- Plant and office safety management
- ISO document management
- Other duties as assigned by management

- Female only, Age is 30-35 years old
- Can commute by themselves
- Experience in HR and Admin/GA at least 2 years *Knowledge of Payroll, Visa, Work permit
- Japanese: N3 up
[Advantage]
- English: Conversational level
- Knowledge of ISO 9100 activities and guidelines for government regulatory compliance
- Knowledge of labor laws and social insurance |
