[Job Summary]
- Support for attendance management and payroll (internal coordination and liaison with BPO)
- Processing of payment invoices and vouchers (including internal coordination and audit support)
- Issuing invoices and managing receivables
- Banking tasks
- Contract- and purchasing-related tasks
- Financial closing, budget analysis, and other number-related tasks
- Support for shareholders’ meetings and board meetings
- Management reporting and reporting to Japan headquarters
- Facility and equipment management, office supplies control
- Other general affairs tasks (organization, handling mail, etc.)

- Bachelor's degree in any filed
- Communication skill in English
- Business skill in Japanese. N2 or higher
- Have experience in admin at least 5 years
- Basic knowledge of accounting, financial closing, attendance management, and payroll operations
