[Job description]
・Service apartment tenant support (99% Japanese residents): Face-to-face, email, and LINE correspondence
・Facility operations:
- Maintenance planning
- Instructions and guidance for each section (Engineering, Housekeeping, Front Desk, Drivers)
・Sales:
- Guidance for visitors considering moving in
- Supporting Japanese sales staff during company visits (interpretation)
- Relationship building
・Others:
- Interpretation between Japanese management and Thai staff

[Must]
- English: Conversational level
- Japanese: N3 up (Good command in Speaking, Writing, Reading)

[Advantage]
- Experience related to hotel, guest relations, and other service industries.
- Can drive by themselves and own a car

Level 4 - Conversational Level

- Gasoline allowance(If commute by their own car)
