【Job Description】
- Manage overall quality control for production processes and finished products.
- Plan, establish, and implement quality standards and criteria for both products and processes.
- Inspect and evaluate raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with set standards.
- Analyze causes of defects or failures in the production process and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
- Work with the production team to resolve quality issues effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet customers, explain root causes of issues, and propose corrective/preventive measures in case of product defects or complaints.
- Manage and develop the QA team by providing training and enhancing knowledge, skills, and competencies required for the job.
- Other tasks assigned by Japanese GM

| 応募資格 |
【Must】
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Science, Industrial Technology, or related fields
- Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA) in engineering
- Conversational Japanese skill (equal to N2)
- Able to work 2 Saturdays in a month
