- Research market and customer
- Create documents related to marketing and research activities'
- Support to create marketing analysis related to investment
- Search and suggest investment opportunities on a risk-return basis to the clients

- Take care of the existing customer

- Support facilitating meetings for clients

[Tanslation]*In case of Japanese speakers
- Translate documents: TH-JP, TH-EN, JP-EN
- Assist Japanese investors to communicate with local business owners
- Other Tasks as needed

[Must]
- Male, Female, 30-40 years old
- Have a bachelor's degree from Chulalongkorn University etc (Japanese, law, administration major preferred)
- Have GPA 3.2 up
- Language: Japanese N2up
- Able to commute to the office within 1 hour
- No side jobs

Experience in the following a, b, c (investment, consulting, M&A business experience welcome)

a: Sales: "New business development, business development, consulting sales to major Japanese corporate clients, client relationships, marketing research and analysis, real estate project management services, Japanese translation and interpretation services, etc.

b: Legal: M&A deal legal services, M&A advisory services, new fund formation and cross-border investment legal services, legal documentation (contract drafting), legal marketing research and analysis, etc.

c : Finance: "Corporate financial analysis, financial cash flow modeling, valuation calculations, financial taxation for M&A advisory services, creation of new funds and investor decks, marketing research and analysis related to accounting and taxation, etc.

[Advantage]
- Has Japanese or Business Administration or Law degree from the Chulalongkorn University

[Contract]
- 2 years contract first.
Contract is reviewed by both parties upon completion and discussions for future.

[NOTICE]
・Same contract as permanent employees for 2 years
・Client is looking for next generation leaders (executive level).
・If the cdd can contribute sufficiently to the performance of the company and to the leadership of the organization during the two-year , we would like cdd to be promoted to the Board of Directors after two years.
・Even if performance is low, cdd can switch to a permanent position when cdd can work until retirement.
・And also, If cdd become a director, term will be renewed for two years. Therefore, if cdd want to join the management team, cdd will have a contract term anyway.
・If cdd want to be just Employer position, not match for this position.
