[Summary]

The Accounting Manager will also play a key role in collaborating with external auditors and providing financial insights to senior management.

[Responsibilities]
- Manage and supervise a team of accountants
- Develop and implement accounting policies, general accounting work
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with 5+ years of experience in the manager level for a manufacturing company
- Able to communicate in English (Neo 3-4) or Japanese Speaker (N3 or above)
- Able to use SAP and Kintone
